Service Rates


This rate is for clients who require a small project undertaken of up to 4 hours.

It’s also an option for potential clients looking for long-term support who may want to start off with just a few hours to see if we’re a good fit.

Please Note: A minimum charge of 1 hour applies. This must be prepaid before I commence work. If more than 1 hour is required, these can be purchased at this rate for up to a total of 4 hours.
These hours are non-refundable. You have 1 month from the date of purchase to use the hour/hours.


This rate is for clients who require office support on an ongoing long-term basis.

These hours work like a debit system. You top up your account with 5 or more hours before I commence work. I’ll advise when you have a couple of hours left, and you can top your account up with another 5 or more hours.

Please Note: You have 3 months from the date of purchase to use your hours. The time must be booked at least 24 hours in advance in order to guarantee my availability.
